Dr. Mercer introduced the Report and K. Wilson reviewed the contents of Human Resources Committee Report BH.05.APR1019.R01, as follows:
- WDGPH is requesting that the BOH designate the duties of the head of the organization, related to matters within Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), to the WDGPH Chief Privacy Officer (CPO), which is K. Wilson, via BOH Policy CA.45.01.515 – Designation of Head for Purposes of MFIPPA.
- The BOH is provided with an annual report which identifies all requests received by WDGPH.

Dr. Mercer reviewed Human Resources Committee Report BH.05.APR1019.R02, as follows:
- Report provides an update on key emergency management activities that occurred in 2018.
- WDGPH has a full-time Emergency Preparedness and Health & Safety Officer.
- After any IMS event, WDGPH reviews and reflects on how the event was managed, what worked well and what could be done differently and utilizes the knowledge in future events.
