Smoking on school property is illegal, as is supplying or selling tobacco to anyone under 19 years old. If you report a violation, a tobacco enforcement officer from Public Health will investigate and offer education or issue a warning or fine to the offender.
School staff and resource officers can protect the health of youth by reporting tobacco violations to Public Health. Use one of these forms to do so.
- Tobacco Enforcement Report: Selling or supplying tobacco to a person under 19 years old
- Tobacco Enforcement Report: Smoking or holding lighted tobacco on organization property
