Today, WDG Public Health is launching a parenting insight survey to understand the community need for health promotion services on children’s health and development in our region. The Agency is seeking participation from parents and caregivers of children ages 0 to 6 years.
“Services that support parents and caregivers are an essential tool to ensure our children start life on the best possible foundation,” said Dr. Nicola Mercer, Medical Officer of Health and CEO for Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health. “We want to hear from as many caregivers across the region as possible to understand where the need is most and where extra resources can do the most good.”
All parents and caregivers who participate in the survey can enter a draw to win one of five $100 gift cards. The Parenting Insight Survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete and is available at wdgpublichealth.ca/parent-survey. The survey runs until January 31, 2025.
