Participants must:
- Be a parent of a child 0 to 6 years of age*.
- Live in Wellington County, Dufferin County or the City of Guelph.
*A “parent” can be a biological parent, an adoptive parent, a legal guardian, a step-parent or a grandparent who lives with the child most of the time.
