On the morning of April 3, 2019, our online booking system malfunctioned. Some individuals received many email copies of emails with subject lines like “Resend Activation”, “Successful Registration”, “WaitingList User” and “Client Registration”.
There were no malicious links or viruses contained in these emails. There was no unauthorized access to information.
If you received emails from online.booking @wdgpublichealth.ca between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. on April 3, you can safely delete them.
