We haven't moved, but the street address of our Fergus office has changed

Our Fergus Public Health office is using a new street/mailing address as of August 23, 2019.

The new address is 490 Charles Allan Way, Fergus, ON  N1M 2W3. Our phone and fax numbers have not changed.
