Healthy School Grant Form

Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health is encouraging schools to use the Healthy School Approach to promote and enhance the health of students, school staff and the whole community.

During the 2019-20 school year, Public Health is offering a limited number of $200 grants to support healthy schools in the Wellington, Dufferin and Guelph region.

Grant Details:

  • Complete the application form below and submit.
  • Eligible schools must be located in Wellington County, Dufferin County or the City of Guelph.
  • One application per school will be accepted.
  • Eligible schools must be working towards becoming a Healthy School using the Healthy School Approach. Ophea healthy school registration is encouraged, but is not required.
  • Eligible schools must have an in-person meeting with Public Health about the Healthy School Approach (the meeting must have occurred or be requested by the grant deadline).
  • Grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Applications will be accepted until November 15, 2019.
