Healthy School Grant Form

Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health is encouraging schools to use the Healthy School Approach to promote and enhance the health of students, school staff and the whole community! 

During the 2018-19 school year, Public Health is offering twenty $200 grants to support healthy schools in the Wellington, Dufferin and Guelph region.

Grant Details:

  • Complete the application form below and submit;
  • The application deadline is Friday, November 16, 2018;
  • Eligible schools must be located in Wellington County, Dufferin County or the City of Guelph;
  • One application per school will be accepted;
  • Eligible schools must be working towards becoming a Healthy School using the Healthy School Approach. Ophea healthy school registration is encouraged, but is not required;
  • Eligible schools must have an in-person meeting with Public Health about the Healthy School Approach (the meeting must have occurred or be requested by the grant deadline);
  • Grants will be awarded to the first twenty eligible applications that are received.
