Vaccination clinic locations

Below you will find a list of COVID-19 vaccination sites to help you get to your appointment. Follow the signage on site for parking, entrance and clinic flow.

Guelph​

WDG Public Health - 160 Chancellors Way
  • Please park in the parking lot if spaces are available (not on the street). There is no charge for parking in the lot.
  • You will enter the building from the front and after your shot you will exit out the back to the parking lot.
  • Follow the signage on site for parking, entrance and clinic flow.

Stone Road Mall - 435 Stone Rd. W.  

The clinic is now located on the second floor of the mall. Use the staircase or elevator closest to H&M then proceed to your left.

The closest entrance to the clinic is located at the rear of the mall (near the bus stop and H&M). Parking nearest the clinic is available in the covered parking garage or the parking lot by the entrance to the food court.

Wellington

Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health - 490 Charles Allen Way, Fergus

  • There is on-street parking available or use the parking lot behind the building, accessible from Broadway (look for the large P sign).
  • Follow the signage on site for parking, entrance and clinic flow.
