Below you will find a list of COVID-19 vaccination sites in Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph. Please remember:
- Vaccinations are available by appointment or visit wdgpublichealth.ca/drop-ins for eligibility, dates and times.
- Follow the signage on site for parking, entrance and clinic flow.
- To ensure safe distancing and crowd control, please bring only one other person with you to your appointment if needed (i.e. interpreter, care partner, support person, friend, family member, someone to help navigate the clinic). Any additional people are asked to wait outside or in their vehicle.
- Locations with available appointment times will show up on the booking website. You may be able to get an appointment sooner at another location if you are willing and able to travel to another site.
Guelph
- WDG Public Health - 160 Chancellors Way

- Please park in the parking lot if spaces are available (not on the street). There is no charge for parking in the lot.
- You will enter the building from the front and after your shot you will exit out the back to the parking lot.
- Follow the signage on site for parking, entrance and clinic flow.
- Stone Road Mall - 435 Stone Rd. W.

The clinic is now located on the second floor of the mall. Use the staircase or elevator closest to H&M and Dollarama and then proceed to your left.
Please use the doors at the rear of the mall (near the bus stop and H&M) to access the clinic. Parking nearest the clinic is available in the parking garage or the parking lot by the entrance to the food court.
