When notification is received from the after-hours answering service that a laboratory, municipality or the MOE is calling to report an adverse water result, the Manager on call will notify the Public Health Inspector (PHI) on call.  The Manager will give the caller’s contact information to the PHI to call and take the report.  During the period from 2300 hours to 0830 hours there is no PHI on call.
