Feelings After Birth

Sometimes adjusting to a new baby can be hard. There are postpartum peer groups in the community that offer support and resources to help you get through it. These groups are open to all moms who need additional support after the birth or adoption of a child. Public health nurses provide various supports to these groups. Child care is provided.
